He leads the company strategy and maintains awareness of the competitive market landscape. He also ensures that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.

Simon brought a wealth of quality assurance, data security and business continuity experience to AppLocum. Simon gained this experience managing nursing homes and as a Managing Auditor with LRQA. He addresses challenges faced by the business with a methodical approach.

Karolina is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, with over 8 years of HR experience in various sectors, including Retail, Education and Healthcare. She joined AppLocum to work in partnership with the lead team to promote our values and mission. Karolina is passionate about workplace wellbeing and her main goal is to create a culture of success where people love to work.
